Ok. First of all. rename the folder 'kitoverlay' to something like 'kitoverlay-old'
Then regenerate and try again. Let me know.
Meanwhile, I'll edit the kits of Arsenal & Spurs. Although please remember I have no issues, as my video shows. So it's just going to be a reduction in resolution and nothing else.

Ok. Try the following file.
Overwrite existing
Regenerate and then choose Arsenal (home) vs Tottenham (Away)

there are 3 file in sceneassets folder- rm14converter - Copy ,rm14converter and statements ?? are they causing crash??

most crash reasons:
kitoverlay files
no kits assigned to a team
no formation assigned for a team
error in stadium files
error in player files: head, eyes, face, hairlod

Those files will not make any difference, but can be deleted.
The only thing I can think of is that the additional kits for PL are too memory heavy and this may be why nobody has done it before.
Try these db files, which have the additional kits removed. Maybe this solves it...

If it doesn't work, then I'm sorry there is nothing more I can do.
I've already offered a few solutions. I've posted a video of it working. Everything that would usually crash the game has been checked.
All of this has been checked. Like I say, I've posted a video of it working, so not sure why it's not working for others. I've even completely reinstalled FIFA 14 from scratch then applied the download and the updates from the download links and everything was working fine.

no file in FIFA 14 Cummunity\Game\data\fifarna\lua\assignments\players ?????? maybe this cause crashing ?????pls check in your game...
but.....now classic kits are gone ....pls bro do something ... we need classic kit also.......
now i think there is some files missing in kit folder that why it crashing ..... can u tell how many files are there in your kit folder, jerseyfont folder, kitnumber folder and in kitoverlay folder????
if this is not a problem then the problem is with db file.....pls fix...... and this not a pc problem my pc specs are high.... core i5 , 8gb ram, gt525 graphic card..

I cannot stress this enough. There is NOTHING wrong with the database, the kits, the kit numbers, kit overlays are all fine. I tested it on my PC last night (it's similar spec to yours) and I had the same problem as you had. It can't handle the additional kits. I just didn't know this until I shared the patch.
The i5 PC I have supports 6 kits per team - 2 seasons - Home, Away & Third.
The i7 Macbook Pro I normally use supports up to 12 kits per team - 4 seasons - Home, Away & Third.
I'm not going to do any more edits to this patch at the moment. You have to understand the original patch was completely destroyed. I lost everything. It took a serious amount of effort (on my own) to rebuild. So I'm kind of over modding for a little while.
I suggest, if you like the patch, then enjoy playing it for a while.
IF I ever release another patch for 18-19 seasons, I will post links here.

I saw you had some problems with Gonzaga stadiums. I'm giving you advice: Reinstall fifa than install the patch. See if u cann see kits in cm. If not, it's due to your computer.
but it only crash on pl team ......for others league it working fine...... it's not a pc fault.

yes...bro...ovide is right .. this is not a problem of pc believe me...... if this is fault of pc so why other leagues are not crashing they also have classic kit......something wrong in kitoverlay...
