Scripts for editing transfers.ini and transfer.ini are in the cheat table (but not are settings from them are included). You can try to edit them.

If they aren't on that list then you can't do it. All players neck tatoos are stored with their head models

With GUI editing players should be easier and faster than before.

Main features:

- Automatic OVR relaculation on attributes/position change
- You can search for players by their ID
- "Best At" section will help you to assing player to this best position

- Date fields are automatically converted to human readable form. You don't need online calculators to calculate player age.

- Some RNG
- Live preview on youth player headshot image while editing his headtype or haircolor.

For the gui version, it's under the apperence tab. Otherwise, Scripts < FIFA Database < Warning < Database tables < players table < apperence
