Well, it seems that we have two types of news, the first one, with @RALE help we could fix our conversion problem, now it's just about fitting the model to the body properly
The bad news, I won't have time to convert a lot of faces per day for FIFA 14/16 until the Octobr the 8th I'm working on my thesis. I hope you have some patience.

We saw that João Félix (242444) have new face in FIFA 20. But it missing in mita996's first pack.
Maybe in the first update of the game he will come .. if it occurs on the Switch as it did last year.
I converted Henrichs's face and didn't face such problem. I actually didn't fix anything at the neck, it just worked as it did with 19 faces. did you face that error with all your conversions, or with just a few?
that trophies suggestion is good. I wanted to ask if the new balls are included in either of these packs, with a quick look that I had I didn't see them (p.e. the UCL and the UEL)
You need to fit neck and chest in blender, or whenever player moves in the game you will see parts of his body ripping through the shirt. Even in my conversions it happens in some body movements but I try to keep it as low as possible. Go ingame and see your Henrichs, I guess you just checked him in Edit player...

No mate, I played a couple of matches and didn't see anything popping out of his chest, like the alien or what. Maybe it is an issue mainly in FIFA 14, where the model differs to 16's one
Would you know of a good tutorial to convert from FIFA 14 to FIFA 16? I have basic knowledge of Blender and would want to give these conversions a go.
Oh, I'm so sorry, I thought you were talking about FIFA 14
when you are in face master:
1. import the head file in the left window
2. open the player you import the headmodel at the right window
3. open on the left window a new player with spefic face
4. morphing "all", "100%" and push "confirm morphing"
5. Save files
6. go to fifa 15 folder-> heads -> and then you find the convert head model"
then you have to import that converted head model in CM16, export it via CM16 and import it to blender, in order to fix the eyes posotion
now for the hair model, you need a tool released by Ariel. Keep in mind, though that converted hair can't be edited in blender. You need to import 14's hair, edit them and then convert them with Ariel's tool
This is the conversion method posted by Figeroo. It's the best way to convert a face to 16. I hope it helps you mate

Thanks for the quick run down. Just a few questions:
1). Do you know where I can find a working download link for Face Master? All links I found online seem to be dead.
2). On Step 6...so I need to have FIFA 15 installed? Is a plugin needed for the Blender portion? What's the name of the tool by Ariel you are referring to?

yes, FIFA 15 is mandatory for the whole procedure, I'm afraid. about blender, just the script for FIFA 16 and you're good to go. the meaning is to follow the procedure above in order to make the 15 version of the face, import it in CM16, export it via the same tool and then edit it in blender, just for the eyes. the hair with the conversion are ok and correctly placed on the face. here are the tools you requested, as well:
