They are not included in FIFA Switch version.
Maybe when EA will include them, or when extraction from PC version will be possible.

Why? There are no manager face models in FIFA 14.

I'm not sure how but if I remember correctly last year we were able to get hold of some of the PC faces not included in Switch, like the updated Suarez face or the new PC update PSG faces, I think @HarryBullZak had them, maybe we can extract some PC faces this year too?
