I always dreamt of having scenes during or after the game where we can see also managers' reactions....with their real life faces.! Is this something that newer Fifas like 20 and 21 have?? O_o

No, not possible.
Manager faces were introduced in FIFA 17 if I'm not mistaken. They were also present in some special editions, like Euro 2008 or Champions League games. In FIFA 14 you can use these faces for players.
