It is the bump file, I suppose you converted it with the tokken tool, it creates that image but pixelated, creates a new one and replaces it.

It could be the texture format for the bump (i think ati2 format) is not supported by fifa 14,
U need convert then...

My tool supports this since latest version :

can someone tell me what to change because man city kit number only change in the league cup . it doesn't show in the champions league and premiere league. it shows in the preview before u go in start the match , but in those matches when the game starts it remains unchanged. the new kit numbers shows even in the training arena but as the match starts it reverts
