you are doing a fantastic job! Do you see a chance to make these starheads compatible with FIFA 12 (or maybe with FIFA 13)?
I would love to help too, only the knowledge is missing for the time being.

I would be very grateful for your help, but I think I can speak on behalf of others, as there are still a lot of people playing FIFA 12 and FIFA 13 games to this day.

PC models use uncompressed hair models, so I see no sense in packing it back to low-precise, which will cause collisions with head mesh.

Okay, I understand, great that this conversion is finally possible. But the only problem I have with this is that if I can't look at them in the Creation Master, it's not really possible to use them to make other faces, because you don't know if they fit well etc.

You don't even know how many times I have the situation when in Blender everything has looked fine, but in-game something wasn't good.

then you cannot edit the hair ..... you would have to see it and thus affirm if you can or not.
I will surely need one of those hairs
