I didn't convert any of these players. Dmitri's FIFA 22 PC pack already has good conversions for these players.
Unfortunately I don't have the generic face files.
I use the switch miniheads which you can find on one of the links here

No I don't.. Maybe try to convert the switch models to F16 using tokke's converter and see what the outcome will be.
