You can use Excel to import the tables to the decompressed db, but it's hard to copy evrything especially if there are lines changing

no bro, commonsense would tell you the 12 db has many more columns than 11 & the game would crash.

is it possible this year to create tournaments starting from their qualification rounds? I mean, not to just pick a team and certificate at the final stage of World Cup 2014 at once, but pick a team and reach the final round, playing through all the qualification rounds..
