Hello tokke
Some heads of fifa 14 have size 174 kb
Normal size is 173.
When trying to import this hess. convert them in 15 it doesn’t work. Even after converting the head model to 15 format there is vertex explosion or anything else.
Is there any solution?
it could be
* the number of vertices are different: it may differ at games, and shouldnt be a problem

or

* a different vertexformat :
try disable option "update vertexformat"

I tried with disable update vertex format
In creation master it looks fine
But in game it is like this

@tokke001 I was under the impression we could now convert F11 faces to F14 without bump files?
But the ears still go dark.


Did I do something wrong or is there a one-fits-all bump that I should use for F11 to F14 conversions?

Also you can see the neck/shoulder collision (on both sides but more prominent on the left)

when I converted Eden Hazard FIFA Online 3 face to FIFA 11 he has in-game open mouth. Why?
U tried with the correct settings:
Because there are 2 fifa online 3 versions

And his mouth is :
* open always (also when in rest)
or
* only when sprinting : this should be normal then...

Editing the bump file may improve it:
Editing the lighting of the mouth...

No u still need bump files (or edit the common bump file):
The tool dont edit the placement of the ears/mouth on the face texture...

I see. Is there a generic bump for all F11 to F14 conversions that will fit all players, that you know of?
And is there any chance the shoulder/neck issue would be solved in the future?

the file :
\heads\head_common_textures.rx3

* u can try the original FIFA 11 file, but may need edits for FIFA 14 however:

* or from FIFA online 3 (new engine) :
it is FIFA 12 engine, with original FIFA 11 face formats (same placement of ears/mouth)
-> FO3 Files

@tokke001 speaking of F11 to F14 converting. I don't know how to convert hair properly as F11 has 4 hair files including .cff format and haircolour rx.3 not appearing in F14. I even tried to combine hair_textures.rx3 with haircolour_textures.rx3 importing .png of one to another before converting, but doesn't work. Any suggestion?

.cff format isnt a file used by a game :
it is the "cyber face converter"-tool format;
a txt file with the vertices/indices data wich u can load in blender with a plugin

for the hair textures :
- FIFA 11
* there are 2 rx3 files wich each 1 texture: hair_*_textures.rx3 & haircolour_*_.rx3
- FIFA 14
* there is 1 rx3 file with the same 2 textures (color & coeff)

So:
at my converter u have :
TEXTURES > Combine/Split : use the "combine" option to go from FIFA 11 to 14 hair textures
but: wait the new version, because there is a bug :innocent_smile_1:

I used right version of FO3
I checked all my converted faces. It seems that for FIFA 12, 13 and FO3 (both versions) to 11, players have closed mouth in edit player, but they're slightly open in-game even if they're only standing (that causes such weird facial expressions)

and u tried edit the bump file ?
because the mouth looks too bright, it may look worse then...

Hi Tokke! I wanna convert faces from FIFA 14 to FIFA 16, but some of them have bug with eye scaling in FIFA 16 and CM16. Please can you fix this?

Have you tried to use fifa 14 eyes texture with him? The eyes textures in fifa 16 are bigger :P

This method really helped Nabiullin and Zabolotnyy, who have large eye size on texture:
