are you having problem with the hairlod file? in my game, on the pitch the player looks bald, like there's no hairlod file..
try this fix... it helped me

yeah, it worked, but now my game is lagging a lot.

i only have these problems (bald hair) with the converted faces... before i use the tool, every face i installed worked fine, but this problem with hairlod is frustrating me.

I have no result with specific eyes textures(ingame they have large size) for fifa 16, where you get this textures?
I use template eyes file, change the player ID in the file name and change eyes textures using FIFA File Explorer 2014

After these operations, I put the file in the "heads" folder FIFA 16

I just faced a weird issue. I downloaded Skoczek's FO4 heads converted for FIFA 14 in order to convert them to FIFA 16. But when I imported the head models in CM16 it told me that the model is for older FIFA titles and couldn't be imported. Placing the files straight into the heads folder solved the issue, but now another issue occured: the eyes look huge, like they're FIFA 14/15 version head models. Any clues about it?

are you tried converting original FO4 files?

you can also use specific player eye textures
This is probably the clue.
FIFA 16 uses generic eye textures for all faces - generic and specific.
In FIFA 16 - they are the biggest.

Yes, that's true, but when I converted heads the old way, the eyes size was correct. Seems I'll have to try with original FO4 head files, as @Phoooenix suggested

That's because you use FIFA 16 eyes model. It's only head just being morphed.
With Revolution mod, I am pretty sure that correct eye texture would be loaded.

Nah, when I used the Face Master method, the eyes were morphed at the same time as the head. Anyway, I'll have a go with it and see if I have better luck. Where can I find the complete FO4 faces collection?

Converted to 14 are in my FIFA 14 thread Converted Faces to FIFA 14

Just use hairlod from "EA-defolt" similar hair you need, because hairlod it is how hair looks in the game from afar

did a couple of tests and can now verify my error. using the converter CM16 would not accept the converted head models (either from raw FO4 files or Skoszek's converted ones) and by placing the files into the folder directly would partially solve the issue, as the converter doesn't take in account the eyes mesh. I converted a couple of these faces via the FaceMaster tool and seems that the eyes thing is solved only that way

The converter uses the same eyes (size) from the model u convert from, not the one u convert to

Fifa 16 uses generic eye types to choose from (with the database),
But i think u can assign specific eye textures with the rev mod 16

Fair enough, nothing some good old blender can't solve. What about FO4's winter update though? Did you find anything?
