i put adboards togheter with team's other graphics

adboards are not strictly related to clubs (they're better league related) but database assigns them to clubs so I think it's the right place to set them

I think I have a compability issues with File Master 12. It just can't open. A message "stopped working" pops up. My OS is Windows 7, 64bit. I've got NET Framework 4 set. Could it be because of the OS? And another question - do I have to install it in the FIFA 13 directory?
