Riazor (Deportivo La Coruna)
Tonight we have the second Spanish stadium for you - it's the "Riazor", home of "Deportivo La Coruna". It has been built for FIFA 2004 by our member "AYD" and been converted to FIFA 06 by "Freedom Angel". Just take a look at the screenshots - a really nice stadium Have fun!

Centenario (Uruguay) and FIFA ECP on TV!
When I came home tonight I couldn't believ it - FIFA ECP was on TV! They introduced our stadiums, the stadium conversion package and so on. I haven't seen everything, but it's just great! The station was the German stadion "GIGA", a station known for many gaming broadcasts. There will be a replay of "GIGA Games" tonight at 01:00 AM (GMT + 01:00). You can receive it also via livestream on the following url: http://www.giga.de/features/live
The other reason for the news is - of course - another stadium release Another great stadium by "elkaos", this time even a South-American stadium. The home of the Uruguayan national team and Peñarol and Nacional, the two biggest teams in the country. It holds a capacity of 75.000 and was host of the first FIFA Worldcup ever, in 1930. Have fun with this great stadium by elkaos

First of all: If you have missed the broadcast about us at "GIGA Games" (see below), you have now the possibility to watch it again - it's in German, but you don't have to understand anything, you can see what they do at least

Tonight we have the third and last one of the "big" Scottish stadiums for you - the national stadium "Hampden Park" where Scotland plays their international games. "Elkaos" built it - and it's a really nice one! It's really worth a download, not only for our Scottish fans

Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion (VfB Stuttgart)
Another German stadium tonight! It's the "Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion", home of "VfB Stuttgart" and venue for some FIFA Worldcup 2006 matches including the "small final" about the third place. It has got a capacity of 57.000. The stadium has been built for FIFA 2004 by me, and I also converted it to FIFA 06. But as there have been some changes since 2004, I added the new opposite stand, for example. Nevertheless some other things like the big videowall, which has been replaced by smaller ones under the roof in the original, couldn't be edited. Anyway, I think an updated stadium is better than no stadium, and only "experts" of this stadium will recognize the differences

Theoretically it's possible, we even don't need to convert them ... BUT
the problem is that FIFA WC stadiums are using other crowd, adboards, photographers, etc textures than FIFA 06.
This means that you will get "MISSING TEXTURE" for all the crowd, adboards etc ... in FIFA 06
The only way would be to remove the crowd, but this isn't really nice ... who wants to play in empty stadiums

Tonight we have the stadium of Russian team "Zenit Sankt-Peterburg" for you - the "Petrovsky" stadium. It's a typical eastern stadium with a running track around the pitch, but another quality stadium made by "Alnick"
We're using a new version of FIFAFS for our installers with this stadium, it should work normally, but if you have got any problems, post them into our forums ("Support")

It means too much stuff has been downloaded from the site (e.g. images, web page content, files, stadiums etc).
They have a limit each month so the site will probably back up next month i would have thought...
