This is the thread for FIFA Editor Tool for FIFA 22. I will post progress here, and you guys can report bugs, post suggestions, ask for help, etc.

Progress on FIFA 22 so far:

We can read all TOC and CAS files to create a data explorer, and we generated an SDK which lets us view type info & made some progress on EBX, so we can now view TextureAssets in their native previewer.

Oh, and we can do basic texture mods too! Launching the game with modified changes is now supported.

Great news, Crew! What about the locale.ini File? I can´t start Fifa 22 with an modified Locale.ini. It seems EA have written it in hex Format or similar. I asked because you know we could previously tweak easily gp settings and that stuff. Is there any chance in the Future for a workaround?

It seems to be encrypted, but not using one of the game's keys. I'm sure it will be looked into later, but not a priority

We made more progress on the new EBX format, we can now read basic properties and values for many EBX files in FIFA & Madden 22, but arrays, pointers, and EBX writing are still unsupported. However, this progress means we can get a working read-only legacy exploring working!
