Not interchanges players
Do not sign players who are going to be free, with 6 months of contract unless you get one with 6 months of contract. ( Eye by eye, tooth by tooth )
Take into account non-community places
sign and sell a maximum of 3 players per passing period
No more than two free players per season
Only two negatives in the negotiations *
* (If you offer a sum of money and the club rejects the offer 2 times, you should offer what they ask for, a third refusal will make you forget to sign that player)
Sell and pay for base price (Clause, price after consultation) **
** (If the player is worth 14 million base price, and you offer them but the team asks for 25, that would be the clause and you should pay it to have it)
** (If you check the player's price and they give you one of 50 million for example, if you want the player you should pay that)
Budget:
Always set to 50:50
Create Goals:
Promote at least within 3 years (If you start in Football league two 5 years)
Win the Premier League at least twice within 10 years
Win at least two league cups you dispute
Win at least one European cup (UCL OR UEL)
Win at least one Uefa Super Cup
Win at least One Fifa Club World Cup
Winning championships with nations is optional
Create a quarry
Sell at least two youth squads for more than 35 million (If you were to sell them, you may want to keep them)
Equipment:
Take a team of 2 division or less with a budget of less than 5 million and 3 stars or less of valuation
