I found some bugs in the current state of the mod
First of all, there are problems with the "Club Transfers". Not in Career Mode, in the main hub of the game. There are 33/42 players, but in that list there are only half of them. To find them you have to type their name.
Another bug I found is when I want to choose the team management of Icons, the game is crashing.

the problem is when I create a DT career mode. Then I get out of DT career mode and I go back in and they fire me, they sign me a club and they fire me in the next game

what can I do, can someone tell me what to do, I have little knowledge in CM14

Testing is finally finished! It took me a while as I had to test every single league. I think I've cleared every career mode crash that is related to the compdata but there may be still some graphics, like rogue faces that cause a crash. You can expect a release this week.

VERSION MANAGER
This software will allow you to backup your existing database as well as load the new updates. You must use this software before you can use the new updates. It is heavily recommended that you backup your db before activating the new versions. Continuing your last played career mode will not be possible if you do not back up your db first. As you can see in the screenshot you will be able to select the additional league you wish to play before kicking off a new career mode. It is recommended you use the 'Base' version unless you wish to play as one of these leagues in Career mode.

TOURNAMENT MANAGER
Selecting 'All leagues playable' will no longer be possible in this and future versions of the mod. Also playing tournaments should only be used when you have 'Base' versions active.

Yes, it's not perfect but no option is perfect. So just went with the way I am happy to update. No matter what I do someone will be unhappy. Of course, anyone who wants to play with the other teams/leagues can just swap teams in-game before starting a new career. A feature everyone seems to forget!

Of course, anyone who wants to play with the other teams/leagues can just swap teams in-game before starting a new career. A feature everyone seems to forget!

In English 'playable' means you will be able to play with that team or league. Non-playable means they cannot be played. So yes, of course, ALL of the default leagues can be played with every option. So if you want to play with ALL of the German leagues you would select - Germany 3. Liga. This will, in turn, make the Irish league unplayable.

Correct. The leagues will still function but won't be playable unless you select the league you wish to play with. I wish it wasn't like this, because it is so much more work for me, but that's FIFA 14 for you.

And what it means to me is that if I play 1 career mode with the German league, I can't play with the French league or any other league at the same time, right?
