1.Download and install a clean version of FIFA
2. Insert all files from "Manual install" folder in your FIFA folder
3. Regenerate

We don't support cracked version in here. Like @nikolapfc89 the game is really cheap so I recommend to buy it. It's worth it.

Finally I was able to test it and everything works perfectly except of one thing:

If you are missing team/league/tournament names, run FIFA 16\data\loc\LanguageDBFix.exe

This patch was developed on Origin FIFA 16 so is designed to work on Origin FIFA 16. I will not provide support for any incompatibilities with cracked versions.
Yes. It will introduce some minor issues in the compdata though, Liga MX play-off tiebreakers will change and the Serie B league table will indicate only 4 teams will enter the playoffs even though all 6 will actually take part. You can just restore the original from the switcher unless you plan on making some customizations.
Did you start with a clean install?
Some teams have 17/18 kits. They may be updated in a later release.
V2.0 was built from scratch and V1.0 is not needed. V1.0 was released two years ago based on FIFA 17 material.
CSL and all other summer leagues have 2018 teams only.
If this information resolves the crashing for anyone, please let me know. The files are "data\loc\*_upd.db".
I made no edits to the gameplay.

Alternately if anyone is interested, changing the first "2" to "3" will also cause outfield shorts to change when clashing occurs.
Copy the language DB files from the patch file again, I think those are not the ones from the patch based on file sizes. For example, the patch "ger_de.db" is 3,318kb and yours in 3,221kb.

Why i have old replay/wipe example barclays premier league instead new one. I set this in general.lua but still nothing setWipeGraphicType(2).
In game i have old wipes.
@scouser09 can you check wipe3d.lua in assets folder? I replaced it with moddingway lua file and now custom made wipes work.

I Have cracked version game of Fifa 16 and wont work. Did must have original version Fifa game ? Many patch cant work excepted moddinway .
