I don't think that there is a updated database but @scouser09 is working on it.

Just another reminder, a new version is in progress. Development is currently at an advanced stage.
Sorry, I do not understand the point you are making.
The next version will include some new boots and updated assignments.
This is intentional as FIFA rules require teams to wear different colour socks.
You can disable the feature:

Possibly because these leagues where not originally in FIFA 16. There may be a setting somewhere to change this, otherwise it might be hard coded to only consider original leagues for job offers.
Can you screen shot the problem?
Those team's kits where updated for the 19/20 season and where definitely included in the last release.
Possibly, it is likely you will need to remove a few domestic cups though.
I plan to add Copa Sudamericana as well as an expanded Copa Libertadores in a future release, but not the next one. The needed compdata lines will require multiple domestic cups to be removed and I will need time to check any schedule conflicts due to the extra match days.
As a test, try restoring a clean language DB. Sometimes an error in the language DB causes crashes before the main menu.

For some reason, the new mini-faces do not appear in my game, it's still the old ones from FIFA 16.
Does this patch not include faces from FIFA 20? Because all the faces are still from FIFA 16 (since I made a fresh install before applying this patch).
Also, will the next patch bring the World Champions badge to Liverpool's kits?

So I created a 10 teams league with the id 2013. Manually edited the files in compdata (cross-checked possibly 100 times for minor errors but found none). But having crash at the loading screen of career mode, the league works in the new tournament mode. Also, I noticed while using my edited compdata files, other leagues just hung up at career mode loading screen, it just keep loading and never proceed only China and Greece league proceeds.
