Did you use CM16 to edit your game and if yes did you save with it?
Saving with CM16 inevitabely mess the compdata files.
It is advised to make a back up of your compdata before using CM16 and to apply the back up of the compdata (copy paste with replace) every time after you saved with CM16. (If you didn't have a back up you can just copy paste the compdata of the patch version you are using)

I was playing a career mode with River Plate, and no matter how many times I won the league I never played La libertadores, besides that the calendar has 23 games and you are up to 6 months without playing again, a problem that can be solved in the future, I do not say Now, it also seems that the same teams always play in international tournaments.

simply, make a backup copy of the DLC folder, and every time you edit in CM16, paste it back into your fifa folder and regenerate, The DLC folder must be the original one before doing any modification with CM16.

Sorry to say, but even backing up the DLC doesn't make career mode work in South America, La Sudamericana and La Libertadores stop in the middle of the calendar and don't play anymore, a shame because I wanted to. To play with South American leagues, I reiterate, I edited with CM16, replaced the DLC and regenerated it with I68 and it kept giving error.

the hairs with error I already solved it, no need simhair. I use FIFAConverter. I convert hair and hairlod from FIFA 21 nintendo Swicht and replace with CM16.

Al parecer hablas español más fácil así jajaja , necesitas descargar el FIFAconverter y las faces extraídas del FIFA 21 nintendo Swicht .
El jugador que tenga problema con el hair lo buscas la ID Hair y Hairlod en la carpeta de FIFA 21 NS y con la herramienta lo conviertes en "model " fifa 21(nintendo swicht ) to fifa 16. Y lo reemplazas con el CM16 .
