Fifa manager 11 save game editor?

Is there any editor that eneble save game editing?
Few years ago I was playing football manager and it was some kind of a trainer that eneble editing players stats, transfers, club info, club finances etc.
So I whant to ask if somebody know that kind of editor for fifa manager 11

FIFA Manager has its own editor, where You can edit tons of things, but this works only for new games, saved games database cannot be edited as far as I know.

I've search a litlle bit on internet and I found that football manager have FMRTE editor (Football Manager REAL TIME editor) which can load save games and edit all that you want... So maybe someone know somethig like that for FIFA manager 2011.

In private item folder it is a file named car.txt.open it in notepad or whatever you choose and simply edit the value of a car from + (example)16000 to -(minus)1234567890 or what sum you want and then in game just simply purchase the car and your money will grow whit the amount you had edited.it is simply as that,now you can buy any club or player you want.

I know for money cheat, but I don't need that...
What I need is editor... For editing save game (or now playing game) player stats/ability, club info, player names, realations, club facilities, coach info and ability etc.
If you look on Football manager fmrte you will see what kind of editor I need...

Where is the editor located? My OS is Windows 7 64-bit by the way.
