i think the only way is in blender...but the procedure is for stadium editors

you need a stadium maker who knows the procedures in blender to edit the stadium...or you can learn from youtube tutorials

No, because they aren't important players of senior Netherlands NT yet. But if you want, you can add them yourself in Creation Master.

Originally, I didn't mind these teams being there. However, I wanted them to have the current lineups.
When it comes Reunion, I found the last list of players from the 2011 Indian Ocean Pacific games. It was 10 years ago. So it didn't make any sense to me that this team was here.
The situation was slightly different in the case of Zanzibar. Well, I had a list of players but I didn't find much information about them.
To restore these teams, I need the current list of players from at least 2018, birth dates, height, position and players' appearance. If you find them along with the kits of these teams, I don't see any problem to add them.
