Small solution for people who game turn off after Messi screen

Copy You FIFA 14 folder
Install patch
Copy contents fiWCdata to FIFA14/Game
I think I should aslso copy from fWCd to data but I'm not sure
Run game from fifa14.exe

I think there is something bad with instalator

I tried once more to fix the crash-issue but the problem is not solved.
If the problem has to do with Norton antivirus programme, I prefer not to install the patch for obvious reasons.
For now I quit waiting though any solution (either by Jshuck or another member who may provide us the pleasure to play and enjoy this awesome patch)...

Yep, delete Norton which is massive bloatware, computer hogging abysmal program and install MSE (for me, the thing I always install on any system :P).

-I trust Norton antivirus programme for so long and I don't intend to uninstall or replace it for any reason.
-I will try Adi to substitute your db with the existed one and let you know.

MonkeyDragon: there is an option in Visual Studio that should fix it. Open the Form Designer, click on the Form itself, go on Properties and try to set AutoScaleMode to "Dpi" instead of the default "Font". Make some tests, but it should work. If not, there is something else related to that matter that will fix it.
Unfortunately this is a common problem when you release a tool and you want to make it work properly in all PC.

Yeah, I get that, but surely a big focus on the patch is the world cup. I wouldn't expect 207 sides 100% correct - and as they're not all in the world cup finals, there is no such thing as 100% correct. But for the 32 sides in it, even with big squads, their first 23 should the 23 in the world cup finals, with correct numbers. So it would be fixing 32 sides, not 207.

You can't do anything, neither can I. We have to wait for MonkeyDragon to fix it. As a partial workaround, you should be able to make it work just changing your dpi settings from screen control panel.

I had a crash the first time I ran the patch, then tried again and it worked perfectly...I'd also suggest disabling any anti virus etc you have installed when running. The patch has executables calling on executables, which plenty of Windows AV stuff doesn't like.

the latest fut update was used and that is where the squads and lineups along with kit numbers come from.
