Can you please tell me who you will add for Iran? I wanted to make sure as in the official game EA made a mistake and added M.Hosseini who is an unknown player with 51 overall instead of J.Hosseini (they fixed it themselves in their last update) that has an ID too but is 68 or 70 overall.
Other missing players for Iran from Fifa 14: Jahanbakhsh (NEC), Davari (Braunschweig), Beitashour (Whitecaps)

Here's your problem. You installed the whole patch in the wrong directory. Should be in FIFA main folder. Then when you open the Station. You have to click SAVE beside the browse. Since you are using default path, you don't need browse it. Your station looked like mine when I first run the Station. That's all I did click Save and the option will appear. If they don't look alright like in the tournaments, doesn't say Road to WC or 32 finalist. Close and open it again. It'll be fine.
You're probably using you-know-what version of the game. That means the DB is not being read by the game.fadz123;3693202 said:
Back read? Posted by multiple people many times. For people with error a temporary fix are: Either copy the DB in the Game/data folder regenerate after or move all the contents of fWCdata and fWCd in another fileloader.

i will add whoever is missing in the top 23.
i know beitashour and duvari are missing.

I'm going to upload my patch with the 12 host stadiums from this patch; including the FUT Maracana with jschuck's Rio de Janeiro host city adboard. If you guys want to use that Maracana to update this massive patch; you're more than welcome to.
So that would just leave the Arenas Sao Paulo, Pantanal and da Baixada stadiums without team banners. I'm hoping that you guys will be able to update the other three stadiums asap; so that both home/away banners are correctly present in those stadiums too.

CM as in career mode ?
if it is career mode, how are you going to play career mode with no club teams.
if you mean Creation Master, it works, the patch uses file loader which stores files in a different location so most files won't display.

The only stadiums from the FI patch which don't have them are da Baixada, Pantanal and Sao Paulo. Your patch's Maracana also doesn't have them, but i've managed to put in your dark blue host city board on the stadium model from FUT which has home/away banners too.
