This year: 360 FIFA 2007=:hit:=PES

Totally agree, im from PES too, im sick and tired of the same game every year, but that aside FIFA07 is the better game this year easily if youre a PES fan and are happy with the PES 360 title, then you deserve it, this year the title goes to FIFA i know GOD told me.

FIFA 07 was the total disapointment current gen because the goalies from the other team wouldnt even charge out at you when you were in 1v1 with them, and the total disapointment on the 360 because the gameplay is still unrealistic nonsense. The real problem is that each company is dedicating the development of its game in only one direction. Konami is always working on refining gameplay while never caring to add significant improvements to the graphics and sound. On the other hand EA are producing great effects every year but never trying hard enough in the gameplay department, just stealing it from WE without adding a special touch.

The dream of every football gaming fan on the planet IMO is that one day those 2 key players would combine their efforts to produce the ultimate football gaming experience. EA with thier super graphics, sound, and LICENSE of every football team and Konami with their realistic fun gameplay. That would be really incridble but I guess it'll never happen at all since if it happened there will never be anything more to add to that game in later years other than changing the teams' lineups.

I agree. But the idea of EA and Konami teaming up will never happen! People need to be patient. They want everything at once. These fan boys sit around analysing every single detail. Be patient. Konami will soon turn their attentions to Sound and other things ONCE the gameplay has been refined for next generation. Everything else will fall into place after. Right now Konami want to make the game feels right. Which is more than can be said for EA. Patience. I agree that PES hasnt gone anywhere since PES3. But it will on PS3. Get the core ingredients right first. Then work on sound crowd invasion manager mode and all that stuff later.

Fifa only gots the rights of the teams, players, and they are much more complex in development of those teams. But Pro Evo/WE got much more playability, but sucks in some teams, look São Paulo (CAOPOLO), they are the 2005 World Champions, and look that. But PES6 better.

Are you kidding me? Konami have had the gameplay right since...hmmm...3-4 years ago? How much more time do they need? The audio in PES is attrocious at best! That said, EA sux balls too. We need a great sports producer like 2K sports to really show both how it's done!

i love PES but i wouldnt say that FIFA07 was a dissapointment, i reckon it hugely over achived this year which is good maybe it'll slap konami in the face and tell them too finish the dam game ! same this EA
