FIFA08 vs PES2008 (NEXT GEN)

personally i prefer FIFA08 because is closest to the real thing, the only true simulator in the market

Anyone thinking pes 2008 is next gen material is on drugs. This is konmis second attempt! PES has lost the "evolution" from their game. its fun but not what people expected. 2-3 years ago when pes fans envisioned what their game look and play like in the next gen world, this wasn't it. Anyone disagreeing is lyng through their teeth.

Mate, I understand that, but chances are the votes will be dead even and the FIFA lovers will talk about how arcadelike PES feels and the PES fans will just say how much FIFA still sucks.

And we have around 4 threads EXACTLY like that already.

I agree. The thing is that it always deviates andd turns into a simple fifa is better than pes, vice versa. I personally don't care who has the better game. Since Fifa 98, PES had the best so I switched, now Fifa on ng is the best, next year who knows? I don't care. The only thing that isn't positive is that while Konami is pushing fifa to come out w/ a better project, fifa isn't pushing konami and if konami keep up their arrogance on this, even pes super fanboys will switch to fifa in 2 years for sure, no doubt...at this pace at least since fifa is making huge strides and fast/

well of course on 360 & ps3 fifa08 is miles away ahead better than pes2008 in both graphic and gameplay :amika: it's only in term of graphic for pc version they loss this year

FIFA 08 is far better then PES 2008. FIFA 2008 next gen is a sim game and PES 2008 became more like arcadish style game which you will see all the robots on the field.

PES2008 released March 11 in Canada, but am pretty sure am going to like it better than FIFA08

We all know that Pes on Wii. Will be the most sim football game ever. It will be the most tactical and the most impressive in terms of gameplay.
