Here is a repost of my answer to that very question in my thread:

1) Open the first page of your thread in a separate window.
2) Click on the number on the post with the boots you want to index.
3) Copy the URL of the single post you want.
4) Edit the post where you want your index to be.
5) Click on the globe/link icon (to insert URL) and paste the URL you copied from the single post.
6) Without doing anything else there, go back to the single post and copy the name of the boot that matches the link.
7) Go back to the post you are editing and paste the name over the highlighted area in the URL.

That's it, save the post and you're finished.
