Some leagues are imported only in english database....so that's why the names are missing..... I use English language and when I imported that leagues or teams...in my game i didn't thought that I will share my game with you at that time....so, for me was not important to create game database in every language available in FIFA10.
When you start the game..choose english language...and the corect names will appear... ;)
