No, there is no model in the game that would have the star pattern. If someone would be able to convert the pes model and manage to import it into fifa it would be possible, otherwise it can't be done differently.

you mean the red one and His-Vis ?? that is easy i remembre making ones for pes 2009 just take this texture (eg you have the blue one) and color it red with paint or photoshop to red and then the the white becomse yellow (2versions)

So far I've got 3 Premier league versions 3 La Liga versions, a couple of Lega Calcio versions and a few generic colours. I just wanted to see if anyone else can remember any other. :)
