Hi Fidel, when you do the next upgrade I notice whilst playing English Premiership yesterday I had a referee that had the body of a white man but the head of a black man. Sorry wasn't able to take a note of who this was supposed to be. Keep up the fantastic work you're doing.

Fidel I checked the generic tattoos, ranging from 1 to 23, are we sure that the original tattoo, tipo Messi or James,Reus are not present in the db with larger numbers?
Can the hair of the females in the game be imported to males? They have better animations ...

Can be imported to males, I do it with the referees whose names and hair I invent, to some I put the hair of the female referees and there was no problem

fifa 19 on pc doesnt use motion blur or dof. you cant turn off whats not there. if your settings are too high for your rig then thats when you will get blurring etc.
fifa 19 graphics are crystal clear on my rig. but its very powerful.
adding lines to the ini wont make any difference. Any changes should be made in the games cfg file. Surely.
I would suggest you change your graphics settings. If your rig cant handle the current settings then you will get blurring.
what cpu and gpu are you using?

Its crystal clear on mine. If your settings are too high for your rig then you will get blur.
Those scenes in your screenshots look like cutscenes rather than actual gameplay. if they are cutscenes then they are pre rendered and cant be changed. Its normal in cutscenes to have them at low res. I play at 4k but in some games the cutscenes are at a much lower res and look relatively awful
Cutscenes dont matter.

Perfectly working if you edit but is related to the Story/Journey career mode and not the standard career mode.
When you edit something you must be sure of what you have edited in order to see changes in-game.

So is there any way to edit the simsettings.ini that affects regular tournament play? Is that something the application can access?

If you play a "kick-off" mode as a Champions League or Europa League final you only have to choose between a group of stadiums. Can't unlock and be able to choose between all the stadiums?

Tattos range is tattooleftarm 1 to 23 , tattoorightarm 1 to 22 , tattoobackneck 1 to 11, or check out yourself.
Messi and company tattos are connected to the player id, in the fact you can see 0 in tattooleftarm, etc.
Yes you can assign female hair models to males
(ma ci sono pochi modelli femminili rispetto al resto e sono o corti a caschetto oppure lunghi).
The trick I'm using (and passed to the community) since Fifa 17 is to assign tattos via story mode settings and by using values like the tattooleftarm, etc.
