Fifafs problem..

I have the problem.

I unpacked the fifafs_5.3.10 from fifasoccer.ru and I click the 'fifafs-win' icon, It doesn't work at all. No sign of something turn on. So I click the 'fifafs' icon, it doesn't work too.

Are there anyone who can tell me why?

I am XP window PC user.

This tool is just a utility, withou any UI, and must use some command, please read the document inside the zip, or you can open command line then input "fifafs.exe", all the help information will show at the dos console
