I made the normal and brazilian Stadium Ambiences separate playlists and another for the Extended ones but in game the only one that appears is the Extended playlist

There isnt a limit, the only limit is how many you have and how many you put in a playlist, they are just MP3's being played through the engine so you can use the sound of farting for 20 mins if you wanted
So old or new doesnt matter to the game. If you cant add, maybe the playlists need editing again or make fresh ones and put them into your mydocs playlists folder.It depends on how you do it, Ive found that text editing a playlist seems to not be picked up by the engine. So I open a playlist within media player, then from the menu use "save playlist as" and then save it to your my docs / playlist location, once its formatted by media player , load game and then open to view lists and it should/will show up.
Edit with mediaplayer only and save as M3U seems to work best (for me at least).
I had an example where I saved via media player, then I used a text editor to change the drive letter in the playlist file & saved ... it never showed up. Soon as I loaded that playlist to media player and just saved it back out from media player it showed up. Obviously make sure you exit the game and then load again for it to re look again.

It does work, you just need to remake playlists and save them to M3U via media player, if it doesnt work I wouldn't have it working 
Simple test ... right click an mp3 of anything you want, and select "add to media player playlist" (or drag and drop the mp3 to an already opened media player or double click it for media player to open if its your default player) ... then in media player save the playlist as M3U and call it "TESTING.m3u" in your playlists mydocs folder OR "my music" folder on older O/S. Load the game, goto custom music (rather than chants) and set the the menu music option to "TESTING" which (all being correct) should show up, as soon as you ok this it will start playing as menu music so you can instantly test it.
Try it out. IF all good then do this method for your chants, organise playlists and name them how you want, and then pull them in game via chants sections.

All may playlists are working. I see them in FIFA, I can chose them in FIFA, they aren't saved in FIFA any more. I still have lots of Chants added and they are working, but I can't add the rest of mine.

Well, if I chose my Path of Playlists. And let's assume I double-click Portland. Winamp (WMP) opens and plays all the chants of Portland. Now I start FIFA, go to replay theater, go to MLS and check my Playlists. I see Portland, I take Portland (for all possibilities or just chants of the fans) and click to safe it. But its not saved.
Added are 1./2, Bundesliga, Serie A,B, Ligue 1,2 half of MLS, Russian, rest of the world, 3-4 english leagues, both spanish leagues and so on.

Sorry I cant really help unless I was at your PC .. seems more of a windows op playlist settings issue & its not to do with my chants pack so its a bit off topic to help any more than i suggested mate.

There is no easier way this isnt like some game sound mod, Fifa's custom chants always need the user to manually set things via playlists its in fact the ONLY way and always was.
Its not hard, copy the files to right locations, fire up game in windows mode and follow the details of what play-lists need to go where in the custom chants menu.
Theres no pre install pack or spood-fed insta-ready to go solution im afraid, if thats not your thing then dont use it.

If you cant find it, I have a question ... when you save playlists in media player ... where do they get saved? Thats where to put them. Fifa looks for playlists in your mydocuments area so on 7 wherever media player saves playlists by default then that's the place and which will get picked up by Fifa. Stop thinking my instructions and fifa and think playlists and media player for music its the same process (I still use XP for various reasons not 7 BTW).
BTW ... if nothing works out for you and you come back and post more on-demand posts about instructions becuase you cant fathom the mystery I wont be replying or helping, Pes2014 for me now so no more updates .. toodlepip.

I have now updated the first post with secure mega links, each download contains all the 3 packs in one zip download now with readmes etc.
I have added to the normal volume version "fifa15" but I cannot test or know if FIFA15 PC is supported (console can use) as I dont own it so people will just have to find out, they are playlists and MP'3 so can be used for any version of fifa, instructions are based on Fifa14 BTW.
NOTE: Fifa14 slider bug for chants requires JUST fifa14 version as volume of MP3's have been set for that version.
I havent made anything new and wont be playing Fifa this year, but all links had died so now everything has a perma link.
