Same here.but i nvr use that software anymore.the solution is install Net. framework 3.5 or higher.

i got a solution
step 1
download the below file

step 2
extract on desktop
step 3
add registry file
step 4
go to game ea sports folder in c drive or in which you installed game
right click it and tae ownership

Looks like an write access issue. Change the permissions to full write access for both the FIFA 12 and FM12 directories.
