Firewall Restrictive

Hello, I have problems with my FIFA12, the state of my firewall is restrictive and that affects me to play online. My router is a Speedtouch 585 (Guatemala).

In the EA Sports official forums there are people with the same problem but nobody says anything about a specific solution, talk about open ports on the router, I already did but I'm still the same problem.

Maybe the ports are not correct, I wonder if anyone here can help me with this problem.

I would spend the least restrictive firewall to moderate.

I went from restrictive to moderate just by activating UPnP. Should be a box you just have to check in your firewall-settings, as it was for me. I have no ports open for origin and no ports open for FIFA, no need to for me at least.

You can also activate DMZ through the router to your computer, but that's highly not recommended since it makes your computer vulnerable to threats. If you have an xbox or PS3, using DMZ should be fine. But if you don't know what DMZ is you shouldn't try it. Using DMZ got me from Moderate to Open some of the times i played online, not always.

How do you add those ports?
In my Router option I have Port triggering,is that it? or virtual servers ,where should I add them?
