LuisArco27... no, man, I don't have the bit capability to run CC, so I have no packages installed. I'm working from the data/fe/ .dbi's (from Breamster v3).
I'm not the only one with problems with Italia (adding players), and I also have noticed the still/rotate and board assignment issues.
I created a player for Celtic, and it worked. I did the same for FC Barcelona, and the player didn't show up in game.
Any ideas?

hey. can anyone tell me how to create a team using the DBI editor. i want to create holland and wales, but i can't click the "Create Team" button on the international section. please help, guys!!!

Hi friends,

Finally I can use ECP_DBI editor. It's great so far. I've still not find the bugs when I find it, I'll post it here.

I've downloaded the OCX.EXE file from http://www.heitho.de/index.html and then install it into my computer and then the programme can be run.

Whoever have runtime problem with comctl32.ocx files, I recommend you to download the OCX.EXE file from the site.

I'm too eagre to use it at home because I'm now at office.

Can any one solve the problem of getting "runtime error 5" ? I've tried downloading the VB6 runtime and the ocx files but the error is still there.

btw, I'm quite busy with works and family (my son is two-and-a-half year old) and he's very naughty. I don't have enough time to play FIFA2003 anymore because of the lack of editing tools.

that's why now I'm back cause people like Hercules did a great job to help us getting interest into the game not the EA. Very sad that EA had to hire Chau Le (probably) to edit their own tools (the Creation Center).

I know Chau Le is a good editor but he'll take quite a long time to produce it because of he like me have a family to attend to... Chau also wants that his tools in complete form and less bugs.

I'm looking forward to fcdb_xp2003 from FIFA France too because they're a capable tool makers. I love their previous version of fcdb.

ocx files are system files which allows for the running of some applications...

After you make your changes, you click
file--->save.
I eagerly await the additional functionality of this great program.
