hi I am slowly but surely working my fitness back up for football, I live in the southern us(georgia) so it is very hot here rigth now. I wanted to know if its normal to during agility workouts, even small back and forth sprints, if its normal to feel a burning in your chest immeditatly after stopping? thanks in advance for any help.

ya that means your out of shape... after a while it will go away... it happenes to me in the begining of the season all the time... its just your lungs can't handle all the air your taking in
