fm online - opening ports on a router

Max and I are trying to start an online fm game for a couple of days now. Unfortunatly, we dont have any success yet We opened the ports 10093 en 10094, as stated in the faq. We think the problem is Max using a router.

In the faq this was stated:

''I think if you're using router, you have to do port forwarding before you can host (or join perhaps) the game''

(Ruud confirmed this)

Could anyone explain how to do this?

Here's a website with router tutorials... but it's for FM2005. I guess it also works for FM 2006?

Depends on the router. Should tell you how in its manual.

Well my dad sorted it out for me and tested succesfully. If it won't work now...
