Hi all !

I present you my new project for FIFA 16. I hope that it will interest you ;)

FMF Converter is a french project. It's a software to convert attribute's player (Football Manager to FIFA) with an aim to creating FIFA player starting from it's FM attributes.

It's been a long time that I wished developed this kind of tool. Certainly, there are one or two for now, but they are difficult to use and understand.
And particularly, methods of calculation of attributes are not pushed, which results in unrealistic attributes.
Deleting the Creation Center in FIFA 16 next-gen also leads to more difficulty to hope integrate its player in FIFA.
The richness of Football Manager's database is a strong point of the serie.
In addition, scouts football teams also consult the game to inquire about a player. This proves the efficiency of the entire FM particular characteristics of the players.

As you have understood, this tool will be for everyone. Both modders who want to integrate new players, as novices who wish to create or integrate players/teams.

I am currently working on the project. It is difficult to estimate the time . However, all this is in the very near future. I advise you to follow regularly the topic.

Do you have the database atributes from FIFAManager? I will be wanting this for my UEFA EURO 2016 patch to convert young players from leagues not present in FIFA16!

I have Football Manager 2015 and FIFA 15 in my PC.

FIFA's attribute doesn't change in FIFA 16. I think it will be the same for FM 2016 :-)

I didn't say but the software will be in French and English for comfort.

The software development progressing well !

For cons, I change ideas regarding sources. I prefer doesn't display or publish any evidence on calculations and operations to protect me from copying malicious people.
Anyway, I think it will be easy to identify the attributes that are wrongly calculated or that do not match.
You can respond to this in different sites (such as soccergaming.com in this topic) where software will be available, but especially on the software's Facebook page that will be created later.

Hi, i've built the converter for FIFA 14, but i've needed FM Genie Scout to export the values from a player, and MANUALLY associate the FM id to FIFA id in order to convert the stats.
It was a LOT of work.

Another thing is that FM stats are different from FIFA one, so if you take a player like Messi and convert directly the stat from FM in FIFA the overall will be a little low (near 80) because the way of the stats is used is different.
FIFA doesn't have so much mental stats like FM, you can convert some of physical and some of technical but you can't obtain a realistic overall like FIFA ones, because the CA (current ability) has different formulas.

About your formulas of convertion, make it public, so the others can improve it. I've made public the fifa overall formula so the other editors can do their editing flawless.

I think is better to wait for november to FM16 and Genie to do his program. Then i will help you to build a converter like i've done 2 years ago.
My FIFA 14 converter can take your personal db and change the value accordingly to the FM14 and inject directly in db.

I went on a calculation method but I think it is a method among others.
I'm (almost) sure that attributes in FM 16 doesn't change.

We agree that FM attributes are more accurate than those of FIFA.
So I conclude that convert to more accurate statistics "general" statistics is possible. By cons, the reverse is not.

I'll let you judge for the release of the software.
If I really have trouble making something realistic, I'll ask a little help, do not worry ;)
