The easy way is to create separate compdata for tournament mode and switch between those 2 compdatas (one when you career mode and second when you play tournament mode)!!!

Yes, we can make a simple mod just with tournaments, i think that can be done in CM 16 and then import in Fifa Editor Tool!!!
