hmmm for your first face it´s ok... I think the texture is ok.. but you must map it better (UV-Map). Maybe you can ask some good Facemaker who´ll help you :)

But for the first one it´s ok

You scaled the nose to long. You have to learn to map, just practise ;)
If you know how to map right, your faces will be good :)
