Sign him, offer him to Borussia Dortmund on a free, then after a year, sign him back.

Works for any nation that doesnt need work permits.

So, if your an English club, it wont work, but you can still sign him.

...You should've been able to sign him with Juventus or Arsenal...

I got James Milner on a £45K per week contract, and then when I updated his contract (he's a youth player at the start) I reduced it to £9K. Nice.

I pay Paim £900/week.
