GolTV's been kicking ass of late. They've been showing Madrid-Barca derby's from 1998-1999 and onwards.

Anyway, I'll probably watch this game -- hoping for Luque to score so I can watch that wicked celebration of his.

CRusad3r, play with your regional team if you're bored, I'll do it with my national team. I'm not iterested in entering here in a discusion about the nation/state definitions.

Talking about the game I expect Argentina to totally dominate the game if they are really into it (... and it seems they are according to its manager). On the paper Argentina is one of the best NT teams, and if that wasn't enough, we have several good players missing the game.

To be honest, and being pesimistic (or realistic), I just hope to not lose for many goals and to have a nice atmosphere in the stadium.

damn Catalunya are ****, not so much in terms of playing, but they miss 100% chances like crazy.

plus, the game doesnt seem all that friendly.

Most of our good players were injured and couldn't play the game. So we've had to with with our "B" team (more or less). Of course against Argentina that's a suicide.

We played were well againt Brasil, and other big NT teams, with the some players ythat we mised today such as: xavi, puyol, luis garcia, cesc frabregas, tamudo, albert luque, jordi lopez (sevilla) ...

Because Hong Kong and the like are colonies (I think) and Cataluña is "only" a region (or province) of Spain?...

buff difficult point ... we would be getting into politics.

In theory Fifa, and international federations in most sports, only accept states in competitions, with the only exception of Uk that each nation participates with it's own team. Maybe there are some other cases, but I don't think of them now.

I don't really know Puerto Rico or Honk Kong cases.
