Frisgon's Smooth and Slow GP and Career Files

Much is going on right now, so I decided to post my GP and career mod for fifa 18 as some people asked me to test it and so we can discuss, criticize etc....
It's a beta version. link below.

Features:

-levelled, neutral morale for both cpu and user (you'll always see "content" morale inside players details)

- adaptive difficulty disabled

- team chemistry at a neutral value for eveyone

- matchs important (gotten rid of them) (you'll never see the press conference icon ever more)

- derby and rivals erased (should work in friendly too)

- form settings: it hasn't been possible toi set it to a standard, neutral value for everyone , because after some 10 matches the game recreates the form settings as he wants (the arrow status would come back). So by chance I found a new form value (usually it is poor, good etc and the arrows are diagonal).
Now I found out a "5" status form.
Arrows are black and top for the user and it shows a "5" status form. Cpu no arrow but the same 5 (if you add the second pad before a career match, also the second team will show black arrows)
Contrary to what I expected the game feels slow, fluid and smooth. I haven't noticed any boost yet. Probably because cpu and user are balanced on the same form status

- partially fixed the players values (need further testing)

- reduced players growth

- increased retirement age (need testing)

Also init file is based on Fidel's one and thank to his tips and bangus' I was able to further modify it.

do you have all black top arrows when going in the squad hub of career management?
I might finally found a way to remove the match importance becaus is not not only for rivals I realized is for ALL the league matches. Gonna update later or tomorrow

With the singles files that I sent you it works loading them from the frosty editor
As you told me you have the black arrows so it's okay and you can play without problems
Please leave feedback on the gameplay. Also if someone else have tried it and it works for him loading from the frosty manager

ho iniziato la carriera , il primo problema è che lo stipendio dei giocatori al contrario del valore (che hai regolato) è molto basso ad esempio chiellini guadagna 13550 ma quando vado a rinnovargli il contratto mi chiede 175000(che sarebbe il giusto considerando il prezzo del cartellino) questo fasi che se rinnovo i contratti dei 5 giocatori a cui manca solo 1 anno praticamente finisco il budget poiche gia dopo il primo rinnovo mi finisce il budget stipendi e comincia a prendere dal budget trasferimenti
penso dovresti aggiustare i salari come hai fatto con i valori

Yes the contracts of your own players appears to be low value at the beginning of the season, then they increase as they should. Yes I should decrease the salary of about the a half, but it's not so easy as it seems

Do you see the press icons before matches? sometimes? always? never?

non ci sono proprio le conferenze stampa sono alla 2 giornata e manco una conferenza (non che ne sentissi il bisogno) come mai? il recupero delle energie è troppo rapido giochi ogni 3 giorni sempre con gli stessi al massimo
