Frosty Mod Manager Changes Nothing

I have original game
frosty mod manager and fifa exe are set to admin control
i have used default profile and custom profile in frosty mod manager
i have imported and applied mod
the mod is for the latest update
the mod is texture based
framework 1.7 is installed
No idea what to do

Go into your game folder and delete the Moddata folder.
