Run Frosty AS ADMIN, click launch with an empty project (at least the first time), when ask to create symbolic links,
press OK on pop-up message to allow to write the ModData. Done.

Does not work unfortunately, I believe I'll have to wait for an update for Frosty.
Do you think Windows version may have something to do with this? (I have win 10 version 1809).

Some Frosty Issue Solutions.

Make sure you have your .NET Frameworks & Visual C++ up-to-date

Go to where you have installed FIFA 20
Right-click it’s directory
Click on “Properties”
Untick “Read Only”
Apply to all files and subfolders

Right-click on “FrostyModManager.exe” and “FrostyEditor.exe”
Select “Properties”
Go to “Compatibility”
Check “Run as Administrator” box
Click “Apply” then “Ok”

Add “FrostyModManager.exe” and “FrostyEditor.exe” to the Antivirus / Win security exceptions.

Nothing changed. Still get error message.

But i just noticed that there is new folder named "fıfa 20" in the same folder as main FIFA 20 folder. Is that normal ? I see "moddata" in that folder ? Doesn't it need to be in "FIFA 20" ?

For those who experience those symbolic link error, a friend of mine, computer programer, found a simple solution:
-when trying to launch the game with Frosty, at the error message, a log is created in the Frosty folder.
-save that message, where all the links are listed
-open comand prompter and manually input those commands one by one, hitting enter each time and the links will be created and ready, Frosty launches the game.
I hope I made some sense or I will ask this friend to make a more detailed description. Too bad he is not a FIFA enthusyast, we could have some interesting tools from him.

The moddata Folder is essential for playing Fifa 20 with Frosty Mod Manager! When you launch Frosty MM than this Folder will be created in Fifa 20 Mainfolder.
You can delete this Folder and than Restart your MM with applied mods. The moddata Folder will recreated. Which mods do you use and it´s not launching with it?

Wich data can i edit to change tranferbudgets ect?

You can easily edit this in RDBM 20. Go to the "Teams" section and you will see in the table the Transferbudgets like in my screenshot. Edit and don´t Forget to save.
