What is the deciding factor for a player to gain full potential in CM 01/02? Is it the league, coaches, training and reputation of a club, or facilites? What is the most deciding factor?? Is it possible to develop good players through good coaches and facilities in a crap league where you play crap opposition?

whatever league they are in, players will gain ability, but with ****ty leagues and ****ty coaches they will learn a lot less quickly and will probably never get to their full potential before they retire.

How do I make a league better? By increasing the UEFA coefficients?

Somehow Polonia beat West Ham United with a 6-0 agragette in the UEFA Cup and this is a computer vs. computer game. I was shocked when I saw that.

yeah, i think on the editor you can raise and lower league reputation. E.G i think Serie A and English Prem start at 9500 out of 10000.

I know that club reputation can rise without the editor, can the league reputation rise without the editor?

Does the quality of youth players depend mainly on the quality of training facilities or the reputation of the league?

Mainly league reputation, really. If you have good facilities you will get better players than average for the league, but in a bad league they would still be well below average players for the game.

League reputation might rise if a couple of teams do well in continental competitions, not sure about that.
