The only thing I can say now is that a beta will be released when done, and that for the complete project I'm only missing this:

- Being able to convert world cup 2006 console kits rx2 (at least export the textures in colours) for the 140 around national teams in the game.
- In the future, someone willing to help to create Belgian Pro League kits season 2006-2007 only and Russian Premier League seasons 2008 (08-09), 2007 (07-08) and 2006 (06-07) and Europa League missing teams kits from Group Stage season 2006-07 (non major leagues clubs).

Some news: I have really busy some fixes and materials last weeks, analizing some possibilities, now fixing the period 10-15 to its end, hoping for closing a beta for Easter maybe who knows

Now periods 2010-15 for clubs is closed.

Started the implementation of national teams done so far:

+ merged the new NQ teams from World Cups 2010 - 2014 and 2018 from jbou (keeping IDS).

+ new implementation about National Teams stadiums:
the national teams have now their home stadium assigned by default (when available for now) and all stadiums names are renamed like "SPA - Santiago Bernabeu" in the menus. (added country prefix before stadium name). Why? Look at this example:

Spain 2018 has default stadium "SPA - Santiago Bernabeu" meaning when you play a game at home with Spain 2018 you will play in Santiago Bernabeu.
But if you want, during qualifiers rounds for example (added with available teams), you now have easier to play one home game in Sevilla and the second home game in Vigo if you want. You only have to go to stadiums selection and change stadium for the home game, it's easier:
Before, if wanting to play in Vigo, you had to scroll all stadiums from "Santiago Bernabeu" until "Estadio Balaidos" in the menu.
Now, has all spanish stadiums are prefixed "SPA -" you can directly scroll between the Spanish stadiums in the stadium selection menu before game (very quicker).
you can select "SPA - Mestalla", "SPA - Camp Nou", "SPA - Estadio Riazor", "SPA - Benito Villamarin" etc etc.

For the final tournaments (World Cup 2018 for example) the host stadiums from the official tournament are assigned to matches in groups so even if Spain 2018 plays in Santiago Bernabeu, they will play in one Russian stadium during the World Cup final groups and phase

I hope adding some more NQ for World CUp 2010-14-18 and Euro 2012-16 like Belgium 2012, Jordan 2014, Syria 2018, RD Congo 2018 but really a few (4-6 by tournament).

yes but not only, there's also expansion of period 05-10 to do

but I think first Beta would include 10-15 period completed, National teams section 00"s - 10"s and maybe basic 15-20

those are decompressed, all files from the games need to be decompressed with NHLpatcher tool that you can find in this thread posted by dorado

for graphics, they need to be decompressed and more than this converted to rx3 and more again models converted in 3d, graphics colours with proper alpha channels etc and resized (all tools for basic editions can be found in the forums thanks to Tokke)

Today I will try to work with NHL Patcher and db files, tell me more please, I have experience working with different versions of FIFA Master and Creation Master. Can I somehow open FIFA 08-10 files for PS3 in these programs? I tried to do this but I got an error about the absence of the fifa.fat file. Yesterday I tried to change .rx3 files in data3.big FIFA 10 PS3, I tried to replace the Adidas Kopanya ball that is used in the Arena with another one from the same part of the FIFA, but after the replacement the game did not start for me (it hung behind the splash screen). Did I do everything right or was I wrong? Perhaps someone edited .rx3 files in FIFA 10 and already has some experience.

the db I reposted here are already decompressed.

PS2 files are not usefull, they are old gen versions, same as pc.

only xbox360 files and ps 3 files be used with actual fifa's.

for the graphics, it's normal, you can not add rx3 files into ps3/xbox version they use rx2 files.
I don't think we can make the conversion from rx3 to rx2 graphics sorry.

But rx2 files from fifa 07 until fifa 10 (world cup 10) games from console ps3/xbox360 can be converted to actual fifas (kits, shoes, boots, faces, adboards etc) using tools converter from Tokke (posted on fifa 11 forums here take a look) and some graphics improvements with other programs.

world cup 2006 xbox360 also use rx2 files but the format is different (code) and until now we are not able to convert the kits from world cup 06 xbox to rx3 or export the kits pngs, but that's something we need for classic purposes (xbox game for world cup 2006 contains around 140 national teams kits home/away and most gks for road to world cup 2006..).

They're opening in DB Master 15, but something has mixed up and values are abnormal like "113" in dribbling or something
