In his mind he probably is but what he actually is doing is being so condescending to a person who is speaking better English than he is. It's not like he has a harsh regional accent anyway. If you're talking to someone who you think may not understand you then just speak a bit slower and pronouce everything properly, don't treat them like they're r tards and because you're now a foreign manager you have to revert talking like one in your own language. It would be excusable if he was doing that in Dutch but the matter of the fact is that he isn't, the demic.
