Game Too Fast

hey, i dont know if it annoy you guys, but i haaaate how fast the game is. and no matter if i put "slow" in options, when playing career mode, in legendary, always so damn fast...


ive been searching the forum, but couldnt find anything that changes only that.
is there a way to override this option, so it becomes slow in all game modes and dificulties? perhaps those"fifa.INI" files (if im not mistaken)...

firt of all u wrote in a wrong section.
second...in all the threads made by other users, its impossible not to finde some tweeks/settings
to make your game run slowly..so search for it and stop spaming the forum, ok?
