Gamepad problems

Hi every one!
I have a Logitech Dual Action Gamepad(similar to PS controller) and I played with it for about a half year and after that period of time it suddenly started to get crazy(the analog sticks worked for a while and then worked for some minutes and then stopped working, and so for the other buttons)....

If you understood what I meant please help me! I want to figure what the problem is.....

see if there are any updated drivers for it.

If not, try just uninstalling it and unplugging it and starting again.
