Goal Net Graphical Issue

Hey does anyone know a fix to this issue I am having?
I think the netting has an issue with the lighting similar to last years FIFA, however this year I have not been able to understand how to fix it. Anyone have any ideas? The goal netting is so ugly like this in contrast to the rest of the graphics being great.

I believe it is the bloom and fx in the settings.ini however, I am unable to export and view the file enabling me to edit it, it just comes as weird symbols when viewed in notepad.

Really appreciate the help!

Sorry,

For some reason google chrome keeps on crashing and making it difficult to even post a thead. So when it does let me I don't even know where it's going.

I'll make sure I don't do it again

Do you know which lines im supposed to be editing to fix it? I thought it was the bloom or something like that but it doesn't seem to be effecting it much :\
